Tell us a bit about you and your role at OPEN Hairdressing
I’m a full-time colour lover and enthusiast. However, I’ve been extremely privileged throughout my fifteen years in the hairdressing industry. I started my career at Vidal Sassoon and I built a solid foundation of technical precision and dedication to my craft.
After having left school and travelling the world, I found myself in one of Australia’s best hair salon in Sydney. I specialized in beach babe hair and balayage. It was here I began to adopt my own style and flare in my work. Beautiful blends and seamless flows of colour for me is hair heaven.
What do you think makes OPEN Hairdressing different to other salons?
OPEN boasts a variety of specialist skill sets that is partnered with charm and enthusiasm. The team are welcoming and charismatic – making the salon energy infectious.
What can clients expect when they have an appointment with you?
I hope to create a comfortable and exciting experience for my clients. I love to exceed expectations and make them feel confident within themselves. In addition, each visit to OPEN Hairdressing should be fun and enjoyable. I love a challenge and like to channel my experience to make each appointment personal.
What do you enjoy most about your role at OPEN Hairdressing?
The best part is working with like-minded people. Similarly, you can share and absorb each other’s knowledge. Maintaining admiration and respect for one another builds an amazing environment where we can nurture and push ourselves forward. Therefore, working as a team and recognising hard work makes for a very enjoyable working day.
