Caroline, how did you first hear about OPEN Hairdressing?
I first heard about OPEN Hairdressing via a friend. After having moved to the area two years ago, it was one of the first items on my list. I made it my mission to find an excellent hair stylist and colourist in a super friendly local hair salon.
What do you enjoy most about being at OPEN?
Above all, OPEN has such lovely talented staff who always go the extra mile to welcome you. They give you a great experience and work with your hair and lifestyle to give you a look that’s just for you. They also have modern salons with fantastic opening times.
Why do think OPEN Hairdressing is different to other salons?
OPEN is different because it cares. They see you as a customer who is going to become a friend. The service is personal and they have great team members who listen and work with you to make your hair your crowning glory!
Are there any particular products that we use that have made a difference to you and your hair?
I love the Bumble and bumble products. Lush aromas, great conditioning and great styling products. However, for me, the Bb Straight Blow Dry Balm has been a godsend to help me manage my hair.
What would you say to someone who is considering changing hair salons?
If you’re changing salons, come and chat to the OPEN team – explain who you are and what you’re looking for. You’d take advice on a new dress or pair of jeans – don’t sell yourself short when deciding what works for your hair. I always recommend OPEN to friends and on a local Facebook group called Everything Berko. I use it if people are new to the area and looking for recommendations.
