And for one of our clients, being a new client has developed into a relationship with our team that is still going strong. Harpenden client Niki Taylor describes how one particular stylist has changed her outlook on coming to the hairdressers:
Niki, how did you first hear about OPEN Hairdressing?
I walked past the Harpenden salon one day and was attracted by the offer for new clients. As a result, I made an appointment with John Phillips. Next, I saw Oli Tilney as he offered discounted price blow drys. I went in and he also offered me a half price cut. I was so impressed with him that I stayed with him after that.
What do you enjoy most about being at OPEN?
Above all, I love the salon and all the staff. The salon vibe is all very fun and lively.
Why do think OPEN Hairdressing is different to other salons?
OPEN Hairdressing provides good personal service and the friendly staff always make you feel very welcome.
Are there any particular products that we use that have made a difference to you and your hair?
Not necessarily products, but Oli has made such a difference to me as he has given me back my confidence in my hair. Now I look forward to having my hair done instead of dreading it.
