What was your initial reaction when you realised that you won OPEN Hairdressing’s Colourist of the Month?
My initial reaction was elated and surprised as the standard across the board is so high! The team at OPEN Hairdressing really encourages each other to push themselves.
What do you enjoy most about your role at OPEN Hairdressing?
I enjoy working with like-minded people in a warm, creative and passionate environment. What’s more is that I like learning from others and being able to share my own skill set. I love the atmosphere of the salon and the people I work with. Having been in the industry for over 15 years, I have a wealth of experience in salons and working with hairstylists who have different levels of expertise. We all prioritise each other and work collectively to make your salon experience one to remember. I’m yet to come across another group of hairdressers that are as welcoming, enthusiastic and energetic as those at OPEN.
What can clients expect when they have an appointment with you?
Clients can expect 100% dedication, enthusiasm and commitment. It’s really important to me that my client leaves feeling better than when they first came in.
How do you intend to progress since winning the title?
I’m going to keep working hard and putting maximum effort to make sure my clients feel fantastic!
