Sally, how did you first hear about OPEN Hairdressing?
I always used to get my haircut in London, but my circumstances changed. I needed to remain closer to home because of a family member’s ill health. However, I went on Facebook to ask for recommendations, and so many people recommended OPEN Hairdressing Harpenden that I just had to try them out. I’m so glad I did!
What do you enjoy most about being at OPEN?
I love the whole experience of being at OPEN. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly staff who clearly love every minute of what they do. Everyone is super talented and the vibe in the salon is awesome. The coffee is pretty good too.
Why do think OPEN Hairdressing is different to other salons?
Above all, the staff make OPEN. The stylists and colourists are at the top of their game, super professional and extremely innovative. They listen to what you want, make great suggestions and really take the time to give you their best. I’ve been heading to London for years but no need anymore.
